Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

2. The case of the petitioner is that on the strength of the decree that was subsequently set aside, the impugned registrations have been made. As noted in the impugned order passed by the third respondent, the petitioner can very well work out his rights in the pending suit. The petitioner can also approach the registering authority for registering A.S.No.1323 of 1990 dated 21.09.2006 by which the decree dated 27.06.1990 in O.S.No.131 of 1985 was set aside. That would equally serve the petitioner's purpose.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner and direction to the registering authority, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
