ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.10.2017 and to conduct fresh auction for the work of removal of 'Seemaikaruvelan' trees from the lands comprised in S.Nos.41/1, 42, 43 etc at Aranaiyur Kanmoi, Ilayankudi Taluk, 2.Mr.M.Prakash, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 had produced a communication that the 'Seemaikaruvelan' trees in the said lands have already been removed and therefore, there is no requirement for any further adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4

3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. The petitioner is at liberty to participate in any subsequent auction that may be conducted for this by the respondents, if he is otherwise eligible.
