No.278 of 2013 dated 03.09.2014.

Prayer in WP(MD). 278/ 2013 :

To direct the respondents to transfer the patta in the name of the Petitioner based on the Petitioner's application dated 20.11.2012 within the period stipulated time. For Petitioner : Mr.Ananth C.Rajesh For 2nd Respondent : Mr.V.Muruganantham Additional Government Pleader

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.(MD) No.278 of 2013 dated 03.09.2014.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the 2nd respondent that the order has been complied with and patta was granted. Subsequently, it came to light that patta was obtained in collusion with the officials and hence the order passed was cancelled. The said cancellation of patta by order dated 07.10.2016 was put to challenge and subsequently the said proceedings was withdrawn and it appears that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

approached the Civil Court.
