Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned order in Na.Ka. 3447/2015/A, dated 26.10.2015 on the file of the respondent No. 2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent no.2 to provide the amount of Rs. 2,57,982.79/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Fifty Seven Thousand and Nine Hundred and Eighty Two Rupees only) recovered from the gratuity amount of the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This Court by the order dated 02.12.2015, allowed WP(MD) No.21434 of 2015 and set aside the impugned order and remitted the matter to the respondent with a direction to consider the same afresh within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.Contending that there is no compliance of the order and the conduct exhibited by the respondent amounted to wilful disobedience to the order passed by this Court, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has produced the proceedings of the respondent dated 21.03.2016 in Na.Ka.No.3447/2015/A, by which, a sum of Rs.2,57,982/- is ordered to be disbursed to the petitioner. 4.Nothing survives for adjudication as the compliance has been reported. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
