ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and her property based on the representation dated 26.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father was murdered by the respondents 3 and 4 and hence, an FIR came to be registered in Crime No.669 of 2022 and that thereafter, the respondents 3 and 4 have been threatening the petitioner to give away the property.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the respondents 3 and 4 have obtained bail in the murder case and in consequent to the complaint given by the petitioner, 107 Cr.P.C., proceedings was initiated and bond for one year was taken by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pattukkottai from the respondents 3 and 4.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 23.01.2023 NCC :
