Prayer in CMA(MD)No.292 of 2022:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under section 19(1) of Family Court Act, to allow this appeal setting aside the order dated 18.11.2021 made in IA No.16/2017 in HMOP No.604/2009 on the file of family Court, Madurai.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.G.Sankar Ganesh, Advocate for the Petitioner,this Court made the following order: "The Additional Registrar General(Incharge) is directed to return the demand Draft bearing No.178161 dated 19.01.2022 to the Counsel for petitioner, since the Appeal itself has been withdrawn as settled out of Court.

This petition is ordered accordingly."
