Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2015 and consequently direct the respondents not to take possession of the rental premises situated at Bunk Stall - Tea Stall Licensee No.4/429, Mahamahakulam West Street, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District till the disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2015 by the 1st respondent.

O R D E R

The contemnor is present. He says that even on 23.02.2016, he had opened the shop and therefore, he had handed over the possession and accordingly, key was also handed over to the petitioner. However, it is the grievance of the petitioner that the Municipality has put up a mobile toilet, which has not been removed by them. As far as the respondent is concerned, they have complied with the present contempt petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved that the Municipality has put up the mobile toilet, he has to approach the Municipality for removal of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same. Therefore, the petitioner is given liberty to move the Municipality concerned in this regard.

2. In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the sub application is closed.
