ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the suspension order.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequently charge memo was issued and the petitioner had faced the disciplinary proceedings. However, he had submitted that he is not aware whether the subsistence allowance is paid for the suspension period.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the subsistence allowance was paid for the suspension period.

4. Since the suspension cannot be challenged, moreover, it is stated that the petitioner is facing disciplinary proceedings which would indicate the suspension was evoked. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
