ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.312 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as illegal.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed and they have also produced the copy of the final report, dated 13.01.2021.
