O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent herein for his wilful and deliberate disobedience to the Order of this Court, dated 01.12.2015, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22694 of 2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that pursuant to the Order, dated 01.12.2015, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22694 of 2015, the respondent herein has conducted an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and closed the same subsequently. A copy of the closure report was sent to the petitioner by post, but it was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

returned unserved. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has produced the closure report and the cover evidencing returned. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner across the Bar.

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
