Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents herein to forthwith regularize the petitioners service in the post of Watchman on a regular time scale of pay and to pay the arrears and back wages from the date of such regularization within the time stipulated by this Honble Court based on the petitioners representation dated 06.07.2015.
