This writ petition has been filed calling for the records of the impugned proceedings of third respondent in Na.Ka.No.3272/Aa.2/2017 dated 31.11.2017 and quash the same.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner appeared before this Court through video conference and also submitted that action has already been taken by the concerned Official and therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.
