This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for the deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order dated 30.04.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8756 of 2015.

2. Mr.S.Manokaran, Inspector of Police, Thuckalay Police Station is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the order dated 30.04.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8756 of 2015 has been complied with and the investigation has been completed in Crime No.913 of 2013 and a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram on 22.07.2016 itself in C.C.No.157 of 2016.
