[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to remove the unauthorized construction put up by the respondents 9 and 10 in S.No.727/2A of Sevukampatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 & 7, on instructions, submits that as on date, there is no such encroachment in the subject land as alleged by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and the same is, therefore, closed. No costs.
