ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking orders to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.77 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Andipatti, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, (i.e.,30.11.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also sent a letter, dated 27.11.2023, to the Registry in this regard.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
