This Court, by order dated 13.08.2015, in W.P.(MD).No.12559 of 2015 directed the respondent herein to issue a fresh show cause notice to the petitioner within two weeks and after receipt of explanation from the petitioner within a period of one week, pass appropriate orders on the same on merits within a period of three weeks thereafter. Since the respondent herein has not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.
