Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.371/A4/2015 dated 10.02.2015 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to grant permission to run the petitioner school with LKG to VII standard without insisting for plan approval from the department of Town and Country planning, within a time frame to be fixed by this Honble Court For Petitioner :

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order dated 17.06.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.9769 of 2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order of this Court dated 17.06.2015 has been complied with by issuing permission to the petitioner school. He also made and endorsement to that effect.
