ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and her daughter on her representation, dated 28.11.2022.

2. It is not in dispute that the complaint has been registered against the petitioner's husband in Crime No.781 of 2022, for the offence under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 IPC, 4(1-A), 4(1) (aaa) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and Sections 4, 6 of Tamil Nadu Rectified Sprit Rules 2000 and is yet to be arrested.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the guise of searching the petitioner's husband /second accused in Crime No.781 of 2022, the respondent Police have been harassing the petitioner and that is why the petitioner is constrained to give representation dated 28.11.2022, which is pending before the third respondent.

4. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 28.11.2022 and pass necessary orders 2/4

in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
