Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned notification bearing Ka.Na.Ko. 06/ 2015/ U.Po.1/ Sri. vi) dated 12.06. 2015 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same in so far as Vakaikulam Kanmoi is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to issue an order of confirmation and give possession to the petitioner for the corresponding period. ORDER

This Court by an order dated 10.12.2015 directed the respondent herein to return the money to the petitioner viz., Rs.4,55,883/- with interest at the rate of 12% per annum. 2.Pursuant to the above said order the principal amount has been paid to the petitioner. But, in so far as the interest is concerned, the respondent has filed Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD)No.871 of 2016 before this Court.

concerned Writ Appeal is pending before this Court, there is no willful disobedience of this order, this Contempt petition is closed.
