O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Sice) has submitted that the Order, dated 27.10.2015, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20360 of 2015, has been complied with and the complaint, dated 25.09.2015, lodged by the petitioner herein has been enquired into and the same has been closed. To that effect, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has produced the closure report, dated 16.12.2015, before this Court.

2. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
