JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up for hearing today (i.e., 30.07.2025), the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has passed away. The learned Government Advocate also produced the death certificate of the petitioner, confirming that the petitioner died on 01.05.2021.
2. In view of the demise of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
