Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd Respondent District Educational Officer in O.Mu.No. 4197/A2/2014 dated 15.12.2104 quash the same and further direct the 3rd Respondent District Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of Rev. Fr.A. Simonraj as PG Assistant in History in the Petitioner s school namely St. Josephs College Higher Secondary School, Tiruchirappalli w.e.f. 11.06.2013 and disburse the grant in aid toward his salary and allowances w.e.f. the said dated with all attendant benefits. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 08.09.2015 in W.P.(MD)No.4037 of 2015 has been complied by the respondent and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed.
