ORDER
This Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.8 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The crux of the case is that the defacto complainant is working as a District Zonal Manger of VGP Evergreen Plantation limited at Tirunelveli - Tenkasi District. The first accused is concern, who was working as Manager in the year 2022-2023. A2 and A3 are the wives of A1. A4 and A5 are the brothers of A1. A7 and A8 are the brothers of A2 and brother-in-law of A1. A9 and A10 are the office employees of A1. A11, who created the forged document. A12 is the witness in the said forged document. A13 to A15 are the helpers for creating the document No.1318 & 1319 of 2022. In the year 2021, the general power of attorney executed in favour of A1 vide document No.ETS.No.5 of 2021, ETS.No.7 of 2021, ETS.No.8 of 2021 on the file of the Chennai Joint-II Sub Registrar officer by the above said Company. While being so, A1 to A15 conspired together and created the forged document by putting the signature of the Directors of the said Company and executed the sale deed document and thereby, cheated the defacto complainant. Hence, the case was registered.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
4. On perusal of the records, this Court satisfy with the ingredients of the offence and the same is required to be investigated by the police officer. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to file a petition, after filing final report, if so advised.
