No.1858 of 2016.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent dated 15.12.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent to unblock the Agent Code No. 01188-75 B (Terminated) of the petitioner within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon ble court.

Prayer in WMP(MD). 1611/ 2016 :

This Petition is filed praying to grant an Ad Interim Stay of operation of the impugned order dated 15.12.2015 passed by the respondent pending disposal of this WP.
