Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks permission to run an Ayurvedhic SPA at the petition mentioned premises. The petitioner had already submitted applications in this regard before the respondent. The petitioner has to obtain clearance from the corporation authorities.

The corporation authorities / R2 & R3 are directed to dispose of the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the corporation authorities dispose of the petitioner's application, based on the same, the petitioner can very well approach the jurisdictional police authority. The police authority in turn will consider and pass appropriate order within a period of four weeks thereafter.
