Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd Respondent in his proceedings Athi.Mu./3652/2012 dated 25.06.2012 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to sanction one incentive increment to the petitioner for M.Phil qualification and confer all the consequential benefits and pass such further or other orders.
