ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to transfer the investigation in Crime No.60 of 2022 dated 30.05.2022 by considering the petitioner's representations dated 18.06.2022 and 04.07.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that a counter case was registered in Cr.No.59 of 2022 and that after completing the investigation in both cases, the third respondent filed the final report and in respect of case in Cr.No.60 of 2022, the case was taken on file in STC.No.694 of 2022 and so far as the case in Cr.No.59 of 2022 is concerned, the case was taken on file in STC.No.1148 of 2022.

3.Since the third respondent filed the final report and case was 2/4

taken on file, this Court is not inclined to grant relief as sought for. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Court or to file a private complaint, if so advised. With these observations, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
