Prayer in WP(MD). 21547/ 2015 :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to settle payment of Gratuity, Leave Salary, Dearness Allowance payable to the petitioner with reasonable rate of interest with in the time frame that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.
