To punish the Contemnor/2nd respondent for non-compliance of the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16211 of 2014 dated 19.01.2015.

Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 16211/ 2014 :

To direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to register a case based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 20/06/2014.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for the flagrant violation and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 01.06.2015 made in Cont.P.(MD) No.639 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16211 of 2014.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order of this Court in Cont.P.(MD) No.639 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16211 of 2014, the respondent has not filed final report.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent has filed the final report, which has been taken on file in C.C.No.6 of 2016 by the Judicial Magistrate, C.C.I.W., Madurai. He would further submit that there is no wilful and deliberate disobedience and the respondent is having highest respect with this Court.

4. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
