O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to disburse the retirement benefits of pension amount under the Contributory Pension Scheme including Travel allowances, Revised Grade Pay from the year 2011 to 2017, annual increments, Pongal Bonus for the period from the year 2015-2016, Earned leave Salary, Arrears of Dearness Allowances for the period from January 2017 to April 2017.
2.The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as the Community Organizer on 25.02.2010 and after serving several years, he was retired from service on 30.04.2017. After the retirement, the retirement benefits were not settled to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation, dated 14.11.2017 to the respondents. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition is filed.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.11.2017 in accordance with law.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that he has no serious objection for considering the petitioner's representation.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the concerned respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not disposed of already.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
