Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to directing the respondents herein to extend the benefits of G.O.(MS)No.85, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (PA-4) Department, dated 11.09.2012 and G.O.(MS)No.62, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (PA-4) Department, dated 27.06.2013 to the petitioners in the light of representation of the Petitioners dated 30.01.2015 and pass such further or other suitable orders.

ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in WP(MD)No.5049 of 2015, dated 27.04.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court, dated 27.04.2015, has been complied with as per proceedings, dated 21.03.2016 and he has also produced a copy of the said Order.
