Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the revoking the order of removal of Karuvelam Trees situated in S.No.336/2 at Meelavittan Village, Thoothukudi District dated 19.10.2017 in its No.F-1/5975/2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and further directing the 2nd respondent corporation to extend the period by granting adequate time for removal of trees as successful auction purchaser.
