PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the auction proceedings of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.2591/2017/A1 dated 03.11.2017 and quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the 4th respondent included the sanitary complex in the auction notice dated 03.11.2017 has filed this writ petition challenging the auction notice dated 03.11.2017.

2.The petitioner is a woman self help group, which has been maintaining the sanitary complex of the 4th respondent panchayat for several years. The sanitary complex was constructed under the Integrated Sanitary Scheme in the year 2004. However all of a sudden the 4th respondent has 2/5

issued public auction notice in the year 2017 and the same is challenged this writ petition.

3.When the writ petition was taken up for hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the auction has already been conducted and it was taken by some other person and nothing survives in this writ petition.

4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
