Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 57838/D1/2002 dated 01/10/2004 and the consequential order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Rc.No. 7367-B2/2004 dated 30//11/2004 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher from the date of appointment i.e 11/01/2003 and sanction annual increments and confer all the consequential benefits.
