ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner was harassed on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioner was constrained to file a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8008 of 2022 and this Court vide order dated 28.04.2022 has issued certain guidelines and in pursuance of the same, after enquiry, the complaint was ordered to be closed and subsequently, now the third respondent has again lodged a complaint and on that basis, the second respondent has been directing the petitioner to appear before them very often.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that since it is a second complaint, they have decided to close the complaint.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
