ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner by conducting Kangaroo Court based on the false complaint given by the respondents 3, 4 and 5.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that suits in O.S.No.1667 of 2021 and O.S.No.164 of 2022 are pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Madurai, between the parties and on the basis of the complaint given by the respondents 3 to 5, the second respondent has proceeded with the enquiry. He would further submit that since it is a civil dispute, they will proceed to close the complaint.
