Prayer in WP(MD). 14116/ 2014 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders for refund of Rs.56,682.51 along with the interest by the 2nd respondent based on the orders of the Honble CoOperative Tribunal/District Judge Sivagangai in CMA (CS) 8/95 dated 22.2.2005 and pass any other or further or other orders as this court they deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and this render justice.
