PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.A1/2112/2016, dated 02.12.2016 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner back in service with all consequential benefits.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order in Na.Ka.A1/2112/2016, dated 02.12.2016 on the file of the first respondent and to reinstate the petitioner back in service with all consequential benefits.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.
