Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Court, to punish the respondent for committing contempt for the willful disobedience of the order dated 08.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.11517 of 2015.

Prayer in WP(MD)No.11517/2015:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated as against the petitioner pursuant to the charge memo bearing Na.Ka.No.2736/2008/Pa2 dated 09.07.2008 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honble Court by considering the representation dated 01.12.2014.
