PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the impugned order in Lr.No. 294/CAI/AU/2017 dated 08.11.17 on the file of the 2nd Respondent and quash the same and further directing the 2nd and 3rd Respondent grant affiliation for the course of five year full time Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) to the Petitioners College viz., Immanuel Arasar College of Architecute, Nattalam, Kanyakumari District for the academic year 2017-18 and for the subsequent years.

2.Today(04.01.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
