ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has collected bundle from him and report no instructions.

2.The Writ Petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.08.2017, thereby, directing the respondent to consider and appoint the petitioner's first daughter, M.Sagaya Jesintha, in any suitable post on compassionate ground.

3.The learned Counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner on merits in accordance with law and as per existing scheme. 4.Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this Writ Petition and the consent view expressed by the learned Counsel for the respondent, I am inclined to issue the following directions:

W.P.(MD)No.21908 of 2017 "1.The respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.08.2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.The petitioner is directed to sent a representation along with the copy of this order enabling the respondent to consider the representation on merits."

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
