ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry except through due process of law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the divorce petition filed by the third respondent in H.M.O.P.No.73 of 2022 is pending before the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent alleging that the petitioner is also making counter claim with regard to the lease amount, C.S.R.No.728 of 2022 came to be registered and the same is pending.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the second respondent may be directed to consider the representation and pass orders.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
