: Contemnor / Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents herein for their act of contempt committed by them for willfully disobeying the orders of this Court passed in M.P.(MD)No.2 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.21350 of 2015, dated 01.12.2015. Prayer in MP(MD). 2/ 2015 in WP(MD).21350/2015 : To issue an interim direction to the respondents to grant temporary approval and release grant in aid and pay salary to the petitioner in the post of Assistant Professor/Lecturer English Department in the 4th respondent college w.e.f. 25.01.2007 pending disposal of the main writ petition.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 01.06.2010 in Na.Ka.No.17770/F2/2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Assistant Professor/lecturer, English Department in the 4th respondent college w.e.f. 25.01.2007 and release the grant in aid towards her salary and arrears with all attendant and consequential benefits. ORDER

Alleging non-compliance on the part of the respondents in complying with the order of this Court dated 01.12.2015, made in M.P.(MD)No.2 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.21350 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition.

2. This Court, by order dated 01.12.2015, in M.P.(MD)No.2 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.21350 of 2015, directed the respondents to grant temporary approval and release grant in aid and pay salary to the petitioner in the post of Assistant Professor/Lecturer English Department in the fourth respondent College in the Writ Petition with effect from 25.01.2007 within a period of six weeks.

3. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 01.12.2015, in M.P.(MD)No.2 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.21350 of 2015, has been complied with and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 22.02.2017, in Na.Ka.No.48206/F2/2012. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
