Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned suspension order of 1st Respondent vide Na.Ka.3612/2014 sa. pa dated 12.08.2015 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional, consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to work and continue as clerk in 3rd Respondent society.
