************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment put up on both sides along Heber Road, Beema Nagar, Tiruchirappalli, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2017. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 submits before this Court that the encroachment has been removed and therefore, he prays for dismissal of the present writ petition. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 & 3, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, 2/4

this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
