Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Letter No. Niru/A2/Mu.Aa/28/2013 dated 13.05.2013 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Junior Tradesman from the date on which the candidates who appeared in the interview along with him were appointed, by deducting the period of Apprenticeship Tranining undergone by him from 07.05.1999 to 06.05.2000 in the 1st respondent corporation while determining his upper age limit for appointment to the post of Junior Tradesman and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court on 3.2.2015 in W.P(MD)No.15533 of 2014 is violated.
2.After issuance of Statutory Notice, the present Managing Director, by name R.Muthukrishnan and the second respondent are present before this Court.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 4.This Court while allowing the Writ Petition, directed the respondents to grant relaxation of upper age limit to the extent of Apprenticeship Training undergone by the Petitioner, with a further direction to the respondents to consider the Petitioner to the post of Junior Tradesman from the date on which the candidates who appeared for interview along with him and were appointed. 5.Today, it is represented before this Court that in compliance of the order passed in the Writ Petition, age relaxation has been given to the Petitioner and he was also invited to attend the interview on 30.01.2017. The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
However, his apprehension is that the respondents will not pass orders indicating the outcome of the interview. Needless to say that once the Petitioner is called to attend the interview, certainly the respondents would inform the Petitioner about the result of such interview. In any event, as the order passed by this Court has been complied with by giving age relaxation and also calling the Petitioner for interview, I do not think that any contempt is made out.
