ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.138 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police dated 03.09.2022 and quash the same as illegal. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation has already been completed and final report was filed, which was taken on file in C.C.No.726 of 2022 by the Judicial Magistrate, Chearnmahadevi.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
