No. b as the petitioner to report before the Medavakkam Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks instead of the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks in CRL OP(MD) No.16181 of 2024 dated 25.09.2024.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of R.PONKARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 25.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16181 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the conditions imposed by this Court in paragraph no.5(b) has been complied by the petitioner only 3 days.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16181 of 2024 on 25.09.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 4 weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
