ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406 & 420 of I.P.C. in Crime No.195 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.On 10.02.2015, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner received a sum of Rs.1,15,000/- from the defacto complainant on the assurance of getting a job in the co-operative department of the State Government. Thereafter, he cheated the defacto complainant.
