Court deems it fit to remove the condition No.6(c). Accordingly condition No.6(c) stands deleted from the order dated 31.07.2024 and the time is extended by 10 days to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
